This book can be given to children who are just learning to read for themselves, or it can be read to them by parents and care-givers. The children's material is found on the right-hand pages. On the facing pages are comments to help parents. These provide background information and Bible references, together with further explanation of the theological ideas being presented. At the end of each chapter there is a puzzle activity to reinforce what has been learned. Also included are suggestions for family discussion.
